Mike Derdeyn will speak at the Virginia CLE/Virginia State Bar co-sponsored 20th Annual Advanced Real Estate Seminar. Mike will discuss the rights and obligations of landowners with respect to surface water and groundwater in Virginia, both at common law and according to statute. As water becomes a scarcer resource, more conflicts will arise and it is important to understand how those conflicts may be resolved. As an experienced Litigator, Mike is able to bring a different perspective to these real estate issues.
