Overview

Brian Craddock, a Charlottesville native, focuses his practice on business transactions. He advises business owners at all stages, specifically focusing on entity formation and structuring; mergers and acquisitions; financing; and contract drafting and negotiation. He is detail-oriented and dedicated to communicating clearly and openly with his clients.

Brian’s professional interests include advising clients in heavily-regulated industries.  He is the head of Lenhart Pettit’s beverage law practice group, dedicated to advising clients on entity formation and financing, winery and brewery acquisition, leasing, TTB permitting and ABC licensing, trademark protection, weddings and events, labor and employment and business succession.  Brian is also keenly interested in several aspects of healthcare law.  He has significant experience helping clients engaged in the field of clinical trials identify and manage risk through their contractual relationships.  Brian also provides practical advice to covered entities and business associates seeking to achieve and maintain HIPAA compliance.

Brian lives in Crozet with his wife, Meaghan, and their young children. Most weekends, he can be found sneaking out of the house before dawn with his chocolate Lab, Bear, to train retrievers, hunt waterfowl, or fly fish.
