David Franzén has a general practice, focusing primarily in the areas of family law, commercial litigation, and criminal defense. He also represents commercial developers and individual landowners in property and other economic disputes, and large and small businesses in contract and employment matters. He has substantial experience advising clients in creditor’s rights, as well as in decedent estate litigation. He represents clients in divorce, support, custody and visitation cases, and is qualified in Collaborative Law. David is proud of his work representing persons charged with crimes and serious traffic offenses. He has extensive trial experience in both state and federal courts.
