Richard Howard-Smith Authors an Article Published in the Spring 2020 Edition of the Journal of the VSB

This article is intended to introduce the reader to Virginia’s newest legal entity and provide a brief overview of some of the more significant characteristics of the “protected series limited liability company” (the “SeLLC”). In particular, a basic discussion of the use of SeLLCs for real estate holdings in Virginia is included.
