Jennifer Shirkey will present “Planning with Retirement Accounts After the SECURE Act” with co-faculty member Timothy Guare at The Conner-Zaritsky 44th Annual Advanced Estate Planning and Administration Seminar in Williamsburg, VA in April 2023. Jennifer and Tim’s presentation will address what has changed (including updates from the recently enacted SECURE 2.0 legislation), what has stayed the same, and how planning professionals can apply the new rules to the common situations their clients face.
