Attorney Nathan Greyard Joins Lenhart Pettit

Lenhart Pettit is pleased to announce that Nathan B. Greyard has joined the law firm in its Harrisonburg office, focusing his practice on Banking and Creditor’s Rights, Commercial Real Estate, and Commercial Litigation. 

Nathan has experience working with banks and lenders on loans workouts, special-asset litigation, and foreclosure processes, executing recovery strategies through loan modifications, forbearance agreements, litigation, adversary proceedings, and asset recovery along with his extensive experience representing creditors in bankruptcies and collections. He has also represented national and regional banks in complex commercial mortgage-backed securities loan transactions.

Nathan grew up in Harrisonburg, earned his undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree from James Madison University and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond School of Law.
