Richard Howard-Smith Elected President of the Charlottesville Albemarle Bar Association (CABA)
Richard began a one year term as CABA President on July 1st. CABA, currently in its 103rd year, is Virginia's largest all volunteer Bar Association, with approximately 400 members.
